Beverley School (Specialist Technology School)

Beverley School is now a Specialist Technology School for pupils with Autism.

This important milestone was confirmed by the Secretary of State for Education in an announcement on Thursday 1st of February 2007.

Beverley School re-opened on Tuesday 26th April 2011 in our fantastic new building with distinctive areas for Nursery and Primary Children, Secondary Pupils and 6th form students. Beverley School is a Middlesbrough Council Day Special School with places for 110 pupils with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD), age range 3 -19.

The pupils come from Middlesbrough itself and from neighbouring LEAs.

We also provide specialist advice to support children with ASD in local mainstream schools.
